CJ and Bridget are really sweet together. It's too bad the writers never developed their relationship. Mick Cain and Jennifer Finnigan are well matched in terms of acting as well - they are both strong actors who know how to create emotional impact in a scene, even a quiet scene like this one.

I agree. Not only are they closer in age but they had to basically repeat the same bs with Brooke cheating with her daughters husband over and over. Got old really quick.

I'm so impressed with Mick's acting tho. He made me feel everything he was going through. I also feel like CJ of all ppl would be the perfect person to understand Bridgit's hatred towards Brooke, considering how she helped destroy macy's marriage, and Macy...

@@TriniT21 I agree! It was the same in the Becky storyline - it was Mick who made me actually _feel_ that story. Bridget and CJ really have common ground here and CJ doesn't even know it.

@@jackieesposito4073 ah why yes I do lol and that’s a good point.. I’m not sure which is worse, the laugh or the way Brooke always talks with that “breathy “ voice of hers. You literally hear that breath she’s letting out at the end of her sentence/statement It’s hard to take her seriously at times lol And it’s not just a sad situation (though it’s even more noticeable then “oh Ridge. Or back in the day, “oh deacon, oh Thorne oh Eric, etc etc lol), it’s all the time at random moments

Its one thing to plan and actually be able to, get away with drugging someone and get near ones drink at a pool party but to get that drugged someone out of there?? Nobody could plan for Amber to go off alone and away from everyone and sit down and where Lance can just follow and carry her away

Sheila uses real amateurs to fulfill her plan. Its sad that there is no progress in her character. Why didnt she come back healed and very strong and face the forresters. And did i pass the story: was she released from jail? And if yes, why she hides in the dark ?

"It's good to be bad"? The old Sheila would never have said a line like this. Her character arc was always premised on the idea that Sheila herself never thought of any of her actions as being evil. She always saw them as a means of self preservation or fighting for love, or something to that effect. Actually labelling her acts as "bad" makes her self aware, and betrays the very essence of what makes the character (as she was originally conceived) so disturbing. This was the point where she became more of a comical villainous, than a real threat to the Forrester family.

Tell me about it.Its funny that some people think brad likes Amber character and is into Adrienne lol wait till 2003 he will treat Amber like trash and will actually turn her character into a low life and she will never find happiness again.

We've mentioned this narrative gap before, but what did Amber do to break up either of Sheila's marriages? If you're going to retcon plotlines that the audience are already familiar with, at least explain the details of this "revised" storyline.

Nothing. Amber did nothing to break up any of Sheila's marriages. The only "bad" thing Amber ever did to Sheila was keep her from unaliving Stephanie.

Amber just is in the wrong way in sheilas sick world. She wants erica in her position thats all. But its sad to go after a person, that had drug problems.

To be fair, Amber betrayed Sheila when she came back to LA. She went to work for Maggie and James to spy for Sheila but then turned on her. And then of course she got in the way of a Sheila killing Stephanie.

@@Angelika.... Very! Kicking drugs or alcohol is a battle some don't live through. And if they're lucky enough to get sober, then have someone come along and do that, is shameful. They might not make it back the next time.

I am not a fan of Amber, but she doesnt deserve another hard storyline. Why sheila goes after a person that had drug problems. Not a fair competition.
