Steffy somehow planned the another device in Liam's hotel room and staged the whole rendez-vu, so the device can recorded everything what happened in the hotel room. @Nellie Cooper Steffy is the masterminded the whole scenario. She is playing those games to torture Hope by using Liam as a toy. None of this was never Liam's fault. It's Hope cause this chaos.
