Stephanie tells Brooke about Taylor’s death and Tricia’s arrival. Sheila’s false blubbering sickens Ridge and he attacks her. It takes several guards to stop him from strangling her to death. Ridge returns home where Bridget tells him Eric has taken the children out to breakfast. The phone rings and Taylor’s voice comes out on the answering machine. Ridge plays the message repeatedly and as he crumbles to the floor, Bridget looks on helplessly.

@@Esi-741 I know the feeling, when the show reuses something you connect with a character or a couple that you love, and lets another character or couple "appropriate" it. I felt the same way during Stephanie's 2012 death storyline when all of a sudden they made her Irish, and used Sally and Adam's song (When Irish Eyes Are Smiling) for Stephanie.

It's so fitting there'd play that poignant music cue at 16:08 as Ridge remembers their recent night, when Taylor told their kids that she'd be their guardian angel one day (as *@Annie* wrote: Taylor was foreshadowing). They also played it at length in episode 1286 (5: 33 minute mark) when Ridge was reminiscing the day he chose to marry Caroline. That's the day he got to meet Caroline, courtesy of Blake. They played before Christmas 🎄 in 1991, episode 1190 at the 16: 55 mark when Ridge has nostalgic memories from when he and Caroline were newly weds. The very same music cue was used when Taylor gave Ridge a letter from Caroline in episode 841, at the 17: 26 mark. Caroline recommended that Ridge should turn to Taylor. Ironically in 1992 Karen gave Ridge Caroline's dairy, in which she expressed that Ridge should be with Brooke. The same music plays as Ridge reads the letter. *Overall Ridge is a **_much better_** person with Caroline and Taylor.* Ronn Moss hasn't been doing too badly of late.

Ronn talked about the Bridget ridge storyline on afterbuzz tv years ago and said it was difficult for him and Jennifer to that storyline and how much they wanted it to end I don’t get why storylines like that are around either we already had to endure deacon Bridget brooke know this shelia deserves confrontations like this all the time another reason I liked her scenes with Stephanie she was her perfect rival we all know Stephanie didn’t play and was always good to see her in feuds because she would make it so entertaining

RonnMosses hair has never been more ridicoulus than in 2002.. They should havr just taken a pair of scissors and a trimmer and make him bald.
