Deacon shows up on Brooke's doorstep asking to see his daughter, and talking about how he has been making some changes in his life, including going to AA meetings. As we will soon find out, Deacon is not the only one on the show who is interested in babies and AA meetings. Say hi to the Deacon/Macy storyline. 👋 (Also note that Deacon's interest in reconnecting with Hope is already happening _before_ he meets Macy. Brooke will later remember this scene and assume that Macy was behind it.)

And, thankfully, it _is_ enough. We already see the storylines beginning to move past Ridge/Bridget and the paternity mess today, with two new storylines being introduced (Jackie's love life, and Deacon wanting to see his kids). I hate the way they have deacon begging Brooke to see his own child. I still can’t stand the way they just had him fall back from both the kids just because it would have Brooke’s life easier.
@TriniT2119 күн бұрын
Brooke did the same to Eric. She decided that she'd take Rick away and make herself a single mother til Ridge could be his father. Same with Bridgit, even after finding out the real paternity. It's like she makes the children by herself or something and the men just have to follow her way.
@mirainoivuyo98418 күн бұрын
@@TriniT21so true… that’s why it’s weird to see Bridget or Rick as adults refer to Eric as “Dad” because Brooke didn’t really nurture any relationship they would have with him…. She used those kids as a way of luring Ridge to her side when Ridge and Taylor were married the first time. Ridge had more of a father relationship to Rick and Bridget than Eric ever did. When they got SORASed, Rick and Ridge end up being adversaries and Bridget becomes Ridge’s love interest… this makes little sense to us longtime viewers or those watching these in order on YT…
@annieo652718 күн бұрын
That really got to me too. Deacon has every right to see his own daughter. He is just as much that baby's parent as Brooke is, and the only reason why he hasn't been in her life until this point is because Deacon wanted to give Brooke a chance to avoid scandaI and rebuild her relationship with Bridget. There is no reason why he shouldn't at least have visitation, now that he has puIIed himself together, got a job, and stopped drinking. But Brooke wants to keep the position of Hope's dad open to whichever man she sets her sights on next.

Massimo really made a remarkable impact on the show, really showed how much a strong mature male character was needed. Eric has been " alone" on " the top" so to say for too long. There hasnt been anyone around to challenge him besides Ridge when Ridge walked out of the company. In earlier days Bill Spencer was sort of a competitor. Massimo is 🙌👌

Among other things, Jack Wagner is very similar to my father in his youth. 15:09 - Give IT to me ..🙄 Brooke really treats children like things. And even to Ridge's children. She was sucking up to them, and they were just an excuse for her to get into Ridge's bed.

Eric didn't think it was sick when Brooke got pregnant by Deacon. Brooke lost interest in Deacon, now that he is no longer married. Why was so it important of Eric to keep Brooke in the family? Tele-A-Nick telling all to Jackie. Eric looking for comfort or afternoon delight with anyone who was willing?
@heathercook390515 күн бұрын
He absolutely did think it was sick. But this is far sicker. Brooke and Deacon didn’t grow up first as father and daughter then as siblings. Biology doesn’t change how you grew up.
@babs484819 күн бұрын
Brooke doesn't care about her father's children just as much as she doesn't care about her children. She has never forgiven her father who left the family when she was young. One may thinks she is the one who should understand what's like and, despite this, she is still keeping another child away from the father.
