I think the reason Hope doesn't believe Steffy and Liam is because she can't get that video out of her head. It's seared in her brain. She witnessed their unbridled passion that they don't share. They don't come close to that kind of passion. Staying out all night is inconceivable that nothing happened. Yes. Hope's problem that she keeps telling Liam over and over isn't complicated. She just wants him to stop running off to Steffy as a rebound at any little moment he gets disappointed or let down by Hope...which, often times, are pure misunderstandings and just shows Liam's impatience. It's remarkable that Liam still hasn't grasped that that's the issue here... that's not just something to "work through together" as he says. It's her needing to tell him to beat it until he gets his act together.

What does that tell you? It is not only Steffy to blame. It is always a two-way street. If Liam really loved Hope, he wouldn't kiss Steffy back or even go look for her. In the really world, if guy does that, it is because he doesn't really love Hope, but rather love Steffy. Hope wants Liam to be perfect, but she is not perfect. She is far from being perfect. If she was perfect, she would have never gone after Liam when she was married to Steffy. Not only once, but twice and even ended up destroying Steffy, Liam and Kelly ‘s family. It is a shame that the writer is in the driving seat. We may be critical about Steffy, Liam and Hope, but the reality is that the writers are the ones controlling everything.
