When Garp introduced the four emperors as the rulers of the new world,he was being very literal as Whitebeard having teritories would sugest that the other emperors do too. Now for One Piece at a time: So Jimbei's name is a double pun, as "jimbei" is the word for whale shark (the type of fish he is) but also "jimbei" is the name of the type of clothes he is wearing. So,Jimbei is a jimbei that is wearing a jimbei.

in the live action arlong and nezumi (the corrupt marine) bring up JImbei, with nezumi using him as an example of how things are good for fishmen now only for arlong to retort that he's a fool for essentially making himself a lackey of humans. In the anime Yosaku brings him up briefly as one of the seven warlords who used to be Arlong's boss and that was ALL we really knew about him at the time.

Just a reminder that Shiki is 100% canon & all that you learned in the last episode about him is true. It's just that the movie about him isn't canon. Manga Chapter 0 (Episode 0 is too, except few movie scenes) and what you learned in last episode about him escaping is all canon. Also Jinbe was mentioned back in Arlong Park indeed. And Arlong might not be a slave. It was explained that they gave the Sun Tattoo so you couldn't differentiate former slaves & those who weren't. And all Level 6 prisoner are very powerful. All of them stronger than current Luffy or at least few arcs ago.

The lion creatures were naming different kinds of noodles (ending in "men" like "ramen"), so idk if you guys caught it but one of them said "ikemen" which is basically a word for "handsome man" (often in shoujo manga context). Ace called Jimbei "oyabun" loosely meaning "boss" or "chief" like how you would address a yakuza boss. As for the prisoners wanting to take down Whitebeard, dont forget that they are on the same level as Ace, Jimbei and Crocodile. They're not all as powerful, but they are also the most likely to have personally been defeated by Whitebeard or Roger.
