What baits would you recommend?

Boilies always fish well, but corn, meat, and large bunches of maggots will catch equally as well, providing you don't get pestered by small fish. Tight lines.

In good, I mean warm weather with no wind and the no wind is key, this place makes you want to go home because your arm is in bits! 20+ carp in an 8 hrs session is common. It can go crazy!! Right hand side, half way down the lake. Fished it many a time over the years. Great place🎉 In fact am heading their in the morning for the first time in over a year. Mid April, bit early but heyho. Been windy last few days with rain, tomorrow is meant to be lots better(he says)

Went a couple months ago, fished on the 'Cold side' had 7 fish in total during a day session all over doubles, biggest was 17.4, I'll be heading back there in a few weeks hopefully will still catch during the colder days. The pier pegs are very nice, and the cut out parts for bivvys is a great addition, I'd definitely recommend anyone to go.
