Great job Stew. I’d like to have one of those mid mount blades on one of my garden tractors. Son has 800’ dirt driveway. Would come in handy. Have a great weekend Stew. 🇨🇦🇨🇦👍🏻

They are hard to come by in my neck of the woods so I made that one - it is patterned off a hydrospeed unit that was offered for Bolens tube frames - did a thread on it on GTTalk.com. You could probably make one and create different attaching points to match your tractor.

@@29chevbolenschannel40 got me thinking Stew. Be like most things I think about, it will take months or years to do. I could use the Case 446, it’s got 11” of ground clearance.

Nice video. Consider using a tripod with your camera, off to the side to show you going by. Good Luck, Rick

Did you put together the hydraulic unit yourself from Bolen parts ?? How do you have the hydro pump connected to the tractor ??
@29chevbolenschannel40 Жыл бұрын
The hydraulic unit is made using a 1980's GM car poser steering pump and an off the shelf hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic valve. The pump is driven with a belt using the same OEM pulley that came wit the tractor that powered the OEM pump that was offered. The blade is designed to work with either the hydraulic lift option or the manual lift. For more information you can check out some of the threads I have posted on GTTalk.com.
