The word blues is usually overused for no reason, I couldn’t find some good hindi blues but there are great blues bands in india otherwise This was a pretty awesome performance regardless

I think I would have loved this more if there was no "Blues" tag in the title. I like what I hear, but it's not the Blues for sure. I feel like I was deceitfully brough here... but, it's nice in it's own space. I would love to hear an actual blues version like from 5:28 and I feel you guys can do it. I have heard a lot of rock versions but a blues transpose would be AMAZING to hear from you guys.

Many comments are suggesting that this song is not blues. Well, the notes of this song are from the minor pentatonic / blues scale - Sa (1), Komal Ga (flat 3), Ma (4), Pa (5) and Komal Ni (flat 7), with the Teevra Ma (flat 5) also thrown in occasionally. However, I cannot call this song the blues because the essential chord progression of 12 bar blues is missing. Also, you would expect blues rhythm to be shuffle or swing kind of rhythm, which this song does not have. Most importantly, the blues mood is missing in this song. This is a beautiful song by one of India's greatest singers ever and excellent performance by the band. But please do not call this blues.
