I think the real villain of ´Table No. 21` was not really Paresh Rawal, but rather the villains were Vivaan and Siya because of what they did to Akram. The rest was just a payback of what they had done as bullies in their past.

Controversial Opinion ahead : Ranveer Singh's charecter Alauddin, didn't really take the limelight, he was given the screen space (deliberately). Meanwhile, Shahid's performance as Maharawal Rattan Singh, was really underrated and over-looked. Like Ranveer, even Shahid had adapted the boy language and dialogue delivery of Rajputi warrior kings. But media and people gave the sole attention to who they wanted to. P.S. not saying Ranveer didn't deserve the fame. Infact, he was fabulous, just not as much hyped they were making it.

Really good list. I would have never guessed you would give K K Menon the #1 spot. But I cannot agree more. He is such an incredible actor and he played that role too well. They adapted Hamlet so incredibly well. Shahid was absolutely brilliant in that movie. I do however feel Ranvir deserves closer to #2 for his negative role, cause it made my hair stand and skin crawl. He played it too good. And Kancha did not deserve #10 he was waaaay better than Nagin chic. He deserved 4th or 5th place. Just my opinion. But your list had very good villian's. The cold behavior of John Abraham as a villian ( he was the best villian in Dhoom series ) cause he had no stupid love story attached to it. (Aamir was a joke in the last one). Even Hritesh in Ek Villain was such an unexpected, cold, calculating, man with some serious mental deep rooted anger issues character. That he played so damn well.
