Madam a doctor son has to pass MBBS to become a doctor after that also there lots of struggle to become good doctor.only in acting and politics , son and daughter of actors or politicians become stars without doing anything.Ananya Pande, Janvi and other star kids are still getting brands and movies after giving all flop movies.Don’t compare doctor with Actors.

Sir but if the doctor's son passes MBBS and is not a good doctor..he won't get patients (atleast he wont get too many patients)..similarly star kids and politicians are eventually approved by the audience..it is a democratic process.. how do you explain the success of outsiders like SRK, Priyanka, Madhuri, Sridevi, Amitabh, Dharmendra, Rajesh Khanna, and so on and so forth and the failure or Uday Chopra, Harman Baweja, Tushar Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Rajiv Kapoor, Armaan Jain, Jackie Bhagnani and many more

@@sakshiarya9904 it was earlier but I don't think now it happens,now days if we don't want to see this flop actor directly or indirectly we watching them,they are everywhere,insta,award show,big big brands,reality show,now in south movies ,Ott,blogs etc. They have PR agencies to do all this nonsense stuff.do they deserve all this.Earlier an actor or actress has to earn all the stardom.We cannot compare a Doctor or Civil service Officer son/daughter to Actors.

@samatamohapatra8276 i hear what u r saying that star kids get more media coverage today ..thats because media has evolved now..the world we live in has insta, twitter, 100 awards shows..this wasnt the case earlier...but lets talk box office...love aaj kal 2 bombed...gaslight haa not worked on OTT.. Liger bombed...star kids with no talent never get a 100 crore movie that has them play equal parts with their male/female counterpart..talented star kids like ranbir and alia make money ag box office...if Raveena's daughter Rasha is talented...we'll make her a true star..not social media star... Imagine if people didnt put their own money to launch star kids..we would not have R D Burman, Rishi Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Viju Shah, Saif, Kareena, Rani

sharmila did some fantastic Bengali movies with Ray but somehow her acting skills was always overshadowed by her glamour quotient in Hindi films. I dont think she's among the finest actors . If you look beyond hindi, there are so many terrific artists around who deserved it but didnt get. Raveena, Kajol are not worthy. Kangana , Vidya balan are

In comparison to Raveena Tandon, I feel actresses like Manisha Koirala and Juhi Chawla deserved it more. I don't remember when the last time she was in "path breaking role"..her movies in the 90s were mostly song and dance. Not taking away anything from her but there are far more better actresses than her who deserved it.

So undeserving of padma shri...Veteran famous actresses like jayasudha are sad after àcting in 400 movies and strong female characters ,they are not given padmashri...but useless actresses like kajol ,raveena and kangana acting only in around 30 to 40 movies are given padmashri😡😡😡😡

Atleast raveena had done both mainstream and parellel cinema and she and kangana are national award winners. What has kajol done. All her big movies are hits because sharhruk kajol jodi. Even karisma deserve better than kajol..most overrated actress in hindi films..

@@Bhashu_De_Silva Yeah...but there are actresses acting in 400 to 500 movies and not given padmashri because of the language...This is unfair to actresses like jayasudha garu and bias shown by central government prefering actresses from only 1 language.

Kajol is the most overrated actress. She had not done any diverse characters like Manisha koirala, Urmila matondkar had done. But she got padmashri. But manisha and urmila have not get yet any civilion honour. Look at Rani Mukherjee, that girl is still giving solo hits after hits being in business after 26 years. Having done diverse characters in movies like black, sathiya, kank, no one killed Jessica, bombay talkies, mardaani series, hichki, mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway she has not get any national award or padma awards.so, I pity this awards. Raveena tandon is not a bad actress. But she had not done any dynamic character to get padmashree. Yesteryear actresses like Mala Sinha, Moushumi chatterjee, Sandhya Roy, Meenakshi sheshadri have not got any civillian honour, so, I don't believe in this kind of awards. And by the way kangana Ranaut is a damn good actress. No actress from her generation could reach where she has reached in terms of acting.

@@pint5266 working in 30 movies or 300 movies that does not matter. What matters here is acting talent. And kangana owns it. Watch her performance in fashion, metro, queen, woh lamhe, Thalaivi, judgemental hai kya, Tanu weds manu part 2,Manikarnika,panga.she played not only diverse roles, she nailed each and every performances.she deserves it. And she won her first two national award during congress government period. So your statement just fall flat. But I agree with you that there are lots of other actress who also deserves this award. Sridevi was a phenomenal and powerhouse performer, for her incredible work in South films and hindi films like moondram pirai, padharella vyasu, sadma, Lamhe she didn't get national award.after 4-5 decades government gave her padmashree,, that was so unfair, she should have given padmavibhushan. Actresses like Aishwarya rai who started her career 30 years later from sridevi, got padmashree in 2008-10.And sridevi got in 2013.Sridevi was way more better performer than Aishwarya Rai.

Kangana deserves the padma bhushan and even higher awards as she continues to give unmatchable performances. No dobts y she deserves any award. She got 2 awards when Congress appointed ppl were giving national awards. If hrithik saga would have not happened, she'd have got padma shree before Priyanka chopra also. Don't necessarily agree with Raveena deserving more than many other actresses
