Respectfully, this interview invokes such mixed feelings. Feelings of extreme pain, anger, resentment for one woman disrupting another woman's married life and forming a relationship with him. Life would never have been the same for the first wife. The anguish of the first wife is so easily overlooked. The shared husband and other woman knew very well what the wife would have felt but still went ahead with their so called accidental emotional attachment. In this instance Salim Khan obviously tried to prevent his family from being completely torn apart so he stayed with both women but his can anyone overlook his wife's shattered and broken heart of having had no choice but to share her husband with another woman. Helen appears to be a lovely human being but sadly facts are facts. We can choose to not hurt another woman and back out of a potential relationship with a married person by taking appropriate measures and refraining. Hats off to this family gorgeous working it out between themselves and keeping together regardless. Credit goes to the first wife more than anyone else as she didn't sign up for this. This is one of the only relationship where you cannot hate the "other woman" .. Both Salma and Helen must be such amazing women that Salim wanted to be a family that included everyone .. What graceful women that through all that heartache tbey created a true family..the children respected their fathers choice ..and their mothers decision .. The women should be given full credit for the love and harmony within the family ..

@@anpualeti to be very honest u r not seeing one thing he is interviewing Helen who is his step-Mom and a part of his family ...so he will always feel that Helen was a better dancer then her contemporary but See the Humbleness of Helen she said no body ever was that Good as compared to Vijayantimala infact she said she looks towards Vijayantimala as a Guru and would touch her feet when it comes to Dancer ... there is no greater respect for her when her contemporary gives Vijayantimala that.

Incredibly touching story about HelenJi's acceptance into Khan family. I still feel polygamy is never ok. Both women and the father are lovely people and so is the family. But it is still not ok for a man to have more than one wife. There is no such thing as an ethical cheater. It is self deception when you glorify a person who cheats.

Salma auntie’s strength for doing what she did for her family takes a lot of courage ❤ I can’t see myself doing any of it, but again Helen auntie is a beautiful person inside out. Had it been someone else I don’t see this unfolding as beautifully as it did.
