Great find. Politics seems to be intertwined in every day life. The subject matter is what gave the books such high value. Peirce explains how we get our beliefs in his pragmatic maxim.

He is called a Great American philosopher & logician. I assume that the era of education from the 1960's on, did not stress logic and critical thinking@@antiquebookcollective

I have a book that I really like. Is from 1910 but the cover is looking too old. What’s your opinion on restoring the book. To find a book binding expert ?

I've seen some amazing restorations, but they can be super expensive. If you love it, then it could be worth doing though! I don't have any companies to recommend for it yet though, sorry. If your book is leather, then there's a chance that it just needs some oil to get presentable again! I've got some videos where I explain how to do that. :)

Oh. Do you find lots of catholic books on the library’s. I would love to sell only catholic books.

I don't find a whole lot of them in most libraries, I have to go to Catholic churches, colleges, some Jesuit housing, and monasteries for that. However, there are some amazing antique finds you can make at those places!
