you didn't understand this song. This song is about communists who left their homes to fight for Revolution, to make as much contribution as they can to get better life for all people on earth. In the beginning of song broads try to dissuade him not to go to there, but in the end he says that if everyone thought like that, there would be no progress at all. And war in Ucraine does not relate to Revolution at all

Nowaday conflicts are imperialistic wars between oligarchy
