How is shearing strength 45.27 sir? Shouldn't it be multiplied by 8 and then divided by factor of safety?

Here we are taking about shearing strength of single bolt not whole connection. So whenever bolts are in single shear Shearing strength will be 45.27 for 20 mm diameter bolts

May Be I didn’t calculate it. I just took it from my previous examples And you need bolt value in this case It will be 45.27 kN only for 20 mm bolts in single shear
