He, or anyone else can fly any flag they wish, as long as they fly the American Flag above it. The other protocols for the American Flag are that it must never be flown in bad weather, and it should not be flown after dark unless it has a light shining directly on it. It must also be retired, and replaced if it is damaged, and/or has touched the ground. Flying the American Flag upside down is also allowed providing that those who are flying it upside down know the real reason why it's being flown upside down. Do you know what an upside down American Flag stands for, and means ? If not, you should, because right now is the time when the American Flag can, and should be flown upside down.

Short and sweet Alito should be removed from the court. While every citizen certainly has a right to support Trump, or any other candidate for that matter, the Justices on America's highest court must by definition be people with open minds and a willingness to view all opinions and views with equal weight. Alito has time and again revealed a willingness to side with those of a particular political persuasion regardless of the legal veracity of their positions. In other words he is a right wing activist.

A historical flag hundreds of years old is not associated with Trump other than some supporters might have displayed the flag at some Trump events but a great example is how there’s usually a lot people flying Texas State flags and various Texas Battle Flags at some events and those events are not even necessarily in Texas and those people are not trying to bring back the Texas Republic. However the people might be from there or believe in the history of the Texas Republic and the men who fought for it, we have a Senator who wears a battle flag patch on his boots. People actually study history and believe in some of the main principles given to us by the founding fathers and actually display some of the flags and symbols from them. Just because it’s a flag that you don’t recognize doesn’t mean there’s anything nefarious about it, chances are it’s something from History or Military related and there’s a legitimate reason why that person is displaying it

He was not aware that these traditional flags have become false flags -- symbols of anti-Americanism -- so he can't wrap his head around the concept of their misuse. He's wrong. I had a neighbor who flew the Gadson ("Don't Tread On Me") flag. I thought it was cool until I learned from him that he was against America and pro-Trump. I'm from Texas, so I know a write-in candidate must be declared (and meet minimum signature requirements of voters who did not vote in the primary election, like maybe 133,000 or so) the the President and VP must sign the form and 40 electors must sign forms pledging to vote for them in the electoral college. Otherwise, a write-in vote is not a vote. I tried checking in John's state, Maryland, and couldn't find the requirements, but at the very least Dick Cheney and his imaginary running mate would have to have pledged electors for the vote to count. Since MD is blue, I wouldn't want to see it there, but I'd love to see in TX, my state, and WY for LIZ CHENEY/ADAM KINSINGER to be a valid write-in ticket.

Just because John Bolton isn't familiar with it does not mean it doesn't exist or stand for what it currently does. If Jan 6th had never happened, certainly that flag position would not have the same meaning, but he can't just ignore or claim it doesn't exist b/c it is not in his perview. What Alito did at both his houses was intentional, unmistakeably related to Jan 6th, and 100% indicative of a lack of impartiality in any rulings related to January 6th or the former president associated with them, not to mention disrespectful, unprofessional, and unethical to his oversight role in government. He should recuse himself, not b/c the Dems call for it--as Bolton claims and cries like a baby about--but because not doing so is an insult to our country and the antithesis to the foundation and maintenance of democracy.
