Coming back to this video to say I bought these two products because of you and when I tell you, the besttttt wash and go! Definition for dayssss but still soft, and the smell lasts for ages too. I found that using a leave in (Keracare), followed by the curl definer then the S Curl activator and finally the gelle worked amazingly

Heyyyy😊 so nice to see a fellow Brit 🇬🇧 with a natural hair channel ❤️. Your hair looks gorgeous. I've used both these products, but for me, they didn't work well together. My hair was over moisturised and didn't hold the curl. I use the Curl Definer with Wetline, when I can get it at a reasonable price. The Hold Me Down Gelle is one of my favourite gels. I love how it clumps my curls. It makes doing WnGs a breeze, but I definitely have to use a moisturising leave-in with it. I've used her leave-in from the same line, but I've run out now. I'll have to see how it mixes with something else. Thanks for sharing 👍🏾🖤

Have you tried applying your leave in in the shower on wet (not dripping) hair?
@roseyposeyloposey14 жыл бұрын
@ Yinesakia stick with it. I'm sure most wash & go masters experienced awful wash & gos at the onset before it got better. I find consistently attempting/wearing the Wash and Go style along with technique & hydration helps immensely with creating coil/curl memory. With regard to technique, it will depend on your desired or natural coil/curl pattern on what's best. Most likely the rake and shake technique will work for you. Also hydrated textured hair will define overtime usu. because of the use of more water more often as coils/curls thrive on moisture. I hope this helps.
@RachealAkua4 жыл бұрын
Don’t give up 😭 it took me ages to finally start loving wash and gos. I agree with @regularblackgirl, try apply all your products in the shower
@vaneshcaa3 жыл бұрын
@@roseyposeyloposey1 you're completely right. I've been primarily wearing wash and gos for a year now. If you compared my hair texture then vs now, you would legit think it's a different head of hair, but hydration, moisture, technique and a consistent routine make a world of a difference, it's insane. I think curl memory is a thing as well, since my hair is always in a wash and go now it knows what to do lol

The front of my hair has a loser curl pattern. I also upload KZbin videos and so many people think I have heat damage. You're not alone . My hair is primarily type 4 but in the very front of my hair its one little section of loose type 3 curls. I thought for the longest that I had heat damage but the curl is the same consistency down the strand.

@dawndesson54453 жыл бұрын
Stay in the shower and use plenty of warm water (as warm as you like) and plenty of a good conditioner, squish it into your hair and then start to detangle from the tip working up to the root. I find finger detangling then using a detangling brush is much better. Do it in sections, twist and move onto the next section. If you have enough water and conditioner it should be making a mess of your shower cubicle. Try it....
