Bombay Aloo Masala Wrap | Folding Masala Aloo Chatni Wrap Recipe ~ The Terrace Kitchen

INGREDIENTS:
Wrap:
• ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
• ½ Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• Salt as per Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
• 1 Tbsp Oil (तेल)
• Water (पानी)
Masala:
• 2-3 Tbsp Oil (तेल)
• 1 Medium Onion (प्याज़)
• 1 & ½ Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अद्रक लहसुन पेस्ट)
• 1 Green Chilli (मिर्च)
• ¼ Tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
• 3 Small Boiled Potatoes (आलू)
• ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
• Fresh Coriander (हरा धनिया)
Sprinkle Masala:
• ¼ Tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala (पाव भाजी मसाला)
• ¼ Tsp Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला)
• Salt as per Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Garnishing:
• Some Butter (मक्ख़न)
• Nylon/Zero Number Sev (नायलॉन सेव)
• Fresh Coriander (हरा धनिया)

Great wrap idea, really innovative. Can you make something like a burger, which loooks like a roll(veg rolls seen in street food) but actually is a burger and you can see the contents of the burger from the top not from the side and the contents are securely packed inside the burger nad and dont fall off while eating and tastes of bun, burger patty and your choices of sauces and tastes a bit like chaat.
