Bombay Vikings songs were way ahead of their time. This song is so dam refreshing and has a super positive vibe. Mind blowing lyrics. Excellent composition. Those were the days... Golden era for pop music. Take A Bow.

Wrong. Just because he recreated the old songs in his own style doesn't make it ahead of its time. There were lots of songs like this back in the early 90s but we never considered them way ahead we just used to call them remix songs. And then again in the 2000s there were lots of remixed songs in the market Dj doll is one of those examples. Although, Bombay Vikings has always been one of my favourites I love his songs it's different but certainly not way ahead of its time.

Those days (2006), I was in Dehradun for my graduation. I used to roam near Clocktower, Connaught Place to search the selective CD of Bombay Vikings. My hindi was not so good that time, no pendrive, no youtube... only ORKUT. Feeling nostalgic.

When Bombay Vikings first album was released in India at that time India was not ready for this kind of hip hip songs Hindi and English mix. And the same thing happened with Baba Saigal’s rap also.
