The term “legal” is irrelevant. The founding documents state that should the government become forfeit its the citizen’s responsibility to revolt. If you revolt, the forfeit government will label you a “terrorist or extremist” and say that’s against the law. However that only matters should you not be successful, if you are those same people will face a far worse fate.
