It is not wrong for the Falanas to sue the man who brought the story to the public and he will be able to present all his facts in the court. The EFCC too would need all the facts from him to investigate the allegations it will be unfair to act a corruption allegations without evidence to back up the claims. Nigerians put a lot of false information on the internet and want people to believe it. If the man is sure of his evidence it will be helpful to present this to help with investigations and if it is false he should be ready for the consequences.
