Yes, in the comic Godzilla Dominion, which happens shortly after KOTM, Godzilla goes back to an old lair of his to reclaim it from an ape that kicked him out, but he finds that he died, and Tiamat was there instead. She responds to his challenge and they fight, Tiamat has the advantage due to her superior speed and formidable abilities (which weren't shown here unfortunately) and because Godzilla is exhausted from keeping the peace. She's going to win until they fall into a cave, and he throws her onto the dry part and swiftly beats her into submission. They did her extremely dirty here.

Only because Godzilla's atomic breath saved him. As a Godzilla fan, I will admit that Timat is the best Water Kaiju fighter to date. On land Godzilla had the advantage against Timat even without atomic breath
