We heard a lot of unrealised songs and everyone saing "this is better than most of the album" no matter wich album it was; sometimes i agree, sometimes not... But this time, this is like an "old stile" bon jovi song, it makes me think to someday i'll be sarurday night, it's so cool, it's a comeback in my opinion. I don't love the song but i love the stile, i love those vibes. It's a very solid one. The text is so strong if you think about how jon is going nowadays. I don't know why they didn't relise that, maybe because jon realized "no, i'm done" or "no, i shouldn't relise that, fan would think that i'm crazy. They know i'm done" or something else. I hope he isn't giving up (even if this could be the best choice)

It's a great song, but it just didn't fit in with the rest of the album. It feels too much like an "old school" Bon Jovi song, like you said, but the 2020 album has a very modern sound. It's a shame because this is probably my favorite song they wrote for the album.

At the time the 2020 album was a great commentary on the year but overall I don’t think he should have changed it as much as he did in light of what was happening. Songs like this give us classic bon jovi in a different style and instead of writing more classics he chose to speak to the state of the world which makes the finished article seem dated already, and most of us didn’t even get to see it toured so there aren’t really any reasons to re listen other than a couple of decent at best songs. Would love if they remastered the album with the original lyrics to the tracks such as Beautiful Drug and added back some of the outtakes likes this in the future to give us a better insight into what the album was supposed to be when first written.
