Bon Jovi | Live at Weserstadion | Best Crush Tour Concert | Bremen 2000

Only three days after recording their official tour video, Bon Jovi blew Zurich out of the water by delivering probably THE essential concert of their Crush tour. Band, setlist, crowd, energy, vocals and improvisations were all on point in this one.
The video was a digital recording and very nice for a fan recording of that year! Only some light work was done there. The audio was mostly captured on the low end, making it very bass-heavy and missing information on the high end, but I tried to smoothen that out. Something changes during the opener when the sound gets a bit more clear. I'm not sure whether an external microphone was turned on or simply something the camer's mic got removed.
In the final encore, Jon seemed to swap Next 100 Years for Jersey Girl spontaneously since even the official setlist afterwards still had the former one listed.

What a concert! What an energy!!! JON was on fire with a great voice and happines to do is best every songs...There is some place like Bremen Munich London where THE band had ALWAYS Made epic night every tour. Great crowd in Bremen...!

@salvatore squillace Actually, the band's shows in Munich and London have often been long and had great set lists, but not always necessarily epic in terms of performance. For example, Twickenham 2008 got two competent shows with great vocals, but Jon was clearly on autopilot and not putting on his full power (which also showed when Tico had promised the fans beforehand that the band would play I Believe, Something To Believe In and Never Say Goodbye on night #2, but they only played the first one). Last year pretty much the only highlight of the Wembley show, at least for me, was a surprisingly solid performance of Always, and Munich seemed to mostly suck because Jon was struggling so much with his vocals. Munich wasn't overly impressive in 2011 either, when Jon's vocals were pretty strained for those days' standards and he appeared to be on autopilot there as well.

Hands down, the best post-'96 version of I Believe is featured here - not even Berlin '00 was quite this explosively powerful for me :) The overall feel of this show is very similar to the 1990s in general.

Thanks man! But yeah, I'm dreading everything from 1993 backwards because so often concert dates go re-scheduled / postponed / moved to a different venue that it's basically impossible to get it all 100% right. I've seen tickets from the first leg of the Keep The Faith tour, three of them and they belonged to shows that weren't even played (on that day) in the end because so much got changed around :D

It's not often that Jon plays electric guitar on These Days! Edit: I'm dumb apparently and didn't realize it was commonplace prior to the HAND tour.

@Uncle Bozo Actually, Jon played electric on basically every performance of the song in 1995-2001.

He played it well into 2006. During the shows where he really struggled, he didn't use it back then because he probably wanted to focus more on the vocals. Like Hyde Part 2003 or that infamous webcast from Alpine Valley. Or the last show in 2006. But I saw him play it in Munich 2003 and Hessisch-Lichtenau 2006 on that song and at shows like Munich 2006, he used it as well.
