That could have been a very bad injury for him when the girl actually attacked him on stage and wouldn't let go. He did wave away security at first, that was his mistake, because after that they had to rush in, and get her off of him. As far as getting mad that someone in the band made a mistake in the band, I know he could have played it off a little better than he did. That's embarrassing for anyone to be put on display like that, no one knows what he had going on in his mind, and thoughts. True fans pay good money to see them play, but there is a more professional way of just going about it. I love Bon Jovi, but Jon needs to slow his roll with his band mates, when they are having off days. Just like in the sports saying, "There is no I in 'team' " there is no "I" in band. You stand together as a band of brothers, not embarrass someone like that.

Yes he does laugh off his own mistakes. Yes he gets mad when the other bandmates screw up. But coming from an entertainer myself, it's only because he KNOWS they can do better and he KNOWS the potential they have in a live show. It doesn't happen often that they screw up.

These aren't mistakes as in mistakes by the band. But interesting to watch all the same. Jon's irritability could have come from that particular leg of the tour ending and he was tired. Plus remember he blew out his knee years before. Some videos you can see him wearing a brace onstage, even limping. But he pulls through even though it's gotta hurt like a bitch. Say what you will, he's a true professional. And he's been in bands since the '70's.

Maybe it is his band, maybe he made it, but I think it's a bit too hard to say that "they work for him". Tico, David, Richie and Hugh have been in the band for a long time and they are widely responsible for the band's success too. Plus, in this life there's something called "humility" and "modesty". He could be humble and modest and he could be a good friend and bandmate and a good human being and not treat anyone like that.

Que buen video!. Ahora que analizo la actuación de "Dry County" en Bruselas creo que las dificultades técnicas fueron las que pusieron tensión en el ambiente. Primero, el prompt de Jon no estaba mostrándole la letra de la canción y eso lo puso de muy mal humor. Eso me parece que puso tenso a la banda, luego falla la pista de Bobby y va más lento, por eso se desespera y va a apresurarlo muy molesto 😂 y para terminar ya siendo todo un desastre para él, Richie se equivoca en solo. Antes que ser profesionales, son seres humanos, tanto la banda, como el personal técnico, entiendo que Jon quiera un espectáculo de élite, pero siempre hay que estar preparado y dispuesto a poner buena cara a sus compañeros, porque ellos tambien han sido coparticipes del éxito de Bon Jovi. Sobre todo, Richie.

Come on guys it was David who made the mistake. He was too fast. Maybe he was not listening to the "click". You see that Tico, Hugh and Jon are in sync but the keyboard is speeding so Jon says "NO" and tries to guide David to the beat. He gets closer to David and says something like "slow down" then Tico starts the snare beat so David finally goes in sync. The rest of the song is right. Jon is just into the music feeling as he always do. I don't think he was so upset at the end.

The band work for Jon. He is a perfectionist on stage and if they screw up, he does pull them back in line. I think he was angry with Richie. I don't think it was the crowd he was pissed off with. Richie could have been drunk at not at his best. He's had issues with alcohol in the past. But it's not like Jon is just another member of the band. Everyone in that band work for Jon and he runs the band like a business. It seems to work for them.

Plus he is a hypocrite and I'm gonna tell you why. When he screws up onstage, he laughs and nothing happens. No one tells him anything. But when someone else makes a mistake, he gets angry and does this kind of shit. He is not such a big perfectionist when he messes up. It's Ok to make mistakes, it's not the end of the world, it could happen to anyone, but the reaction in front of a mistake is what I don't like.

I dunno. Jon looks really pissed in that one and it does sound like Richie missed his mark the first time and as a result the rest of the band ended out of the groove for a bit. He looked like he was getting them on track again with the beat. The second time the guitar was so loud that you could barely hear Jon singing. But I'll check out other versions of the song live and see if Jon always looks that pissed when they do it.

Then maybe he doesn't? I do know he addresses mistakes at rehearsals thanks to an Aussie interview. I've heard recordings of him addressing them onstage for screw ups and he tends to make a joke of it. I now believe firmly that it's the audience he's getting annoyed with after hearing that he told them to A. "Get up off their asses." and be changed up the setlist midshow. Guess it was just a bad audience there.
