I hadn’t heard this song until recently. This song really meets the moment now (June 12, 2020) with a pandemic, civil rights protests, and a deep recession (so far). I just had a mastectomy for bresst cancer today. Last week I had an MRI and I listened to Bon Jovi to calm my nerves. This song inspires me to get involved in something to do with breast cancer awareness. I am at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. I am well taken care of and I am very grateful and blessed to be here. If this song was released in Crush and be a single after it’s my life, it would have been a huge hit. The problem with the lack of success was the timing. Sadly artists after 44 or 45 years old are not played on mainstream pop radio stations. That song had everything to be a huge hit.
