It remains to be creative how each actor seduces the audience into the scene of an act of some vulnerable character dying, and the actors must create a long face, and the music seduces the audience into that death scene. That's why each actor especially in the 60's Bonanza was paid $10,000 for each episode to seduce the audience into the script that was acted upon.

Do any of you understand why Joe told the untruth to Mr. Bishop in the end? He said she told him it could never be, a Cartwright and a Bishop. Why did he say that? It seems like her true words would have carried on into peace between the two clans. She was dreaming about their house by the stream as she died. Seriously, if you can explain why what Joe said was better I’d like to read your opinions.

Bonanza a very educational movie serial, a very wealthy Father and his 3 sons, the only problem with this movie serial is all their womens are cursed on this movie, some of them are dead killed blinded run away cheated sick or tried to kill them! The 3 sons never have any succes with any women including their father, Why would the writter writes such a condemnation on a women unless he is trying to tell us something else! 😒😆
