Funny how many times Ben, the father with a lot of sarcasm and laughter from the whole family telling and asking Joseph do you know the difference between an ottoman and a table? This get your feet off the table, smiles. And then comes the mission, help some old friends on both sides of the law, to arrange their understanding accordingly. With success only on the Bonanza.

All bad people are pushing up daisies. Butler thought nothing of murdering very good people so as to have what they owned the land. He never thought his only son who was downright evil as he was would be killed too. All the people wanted was a homestead. All Butler talked about was what he thought belonged to him. Very very sad. Great acting. Great episode.

Jamie was a good addition to the show it gave new life to them all and the ponderosa as well. It showed how bonanza could move forward in life. I liked the show from yesterdays thanks.

It would be funny to see a compilation of Ben telling Joe to take his feet of the coffee table. That young man has been told that at least a dozen times. LOL

Doc baker said mike Landon made most of the money and he could barely live filming Little house on prairie . I didn’t realize Landon was Jewish and had his. name changed. There really is a town named Mankato and house is still there where they filmed.

Wonder why that is when old people see that they're at the end of the rope they start going down memory lane like Will Gear did in this episode but then some didn't even get that choice like Misses Newhart. The best thing that Ben could've done is hand Will a KJV bible and circle Matt. 12:31...............

The people of that time had space and time to think and were more creative than people think. My great grand mother made hand made lace ( tatting) and also made rock candy what people now use for sore throats and common colds. You never saw her hump over a plate of food and cut her chicken to the bone with fork and knife with hand NEVER touching the food.
