Are you watching on a mobile phone? If so, switch to a laptop/computer, or use a bluetooth speaker, this works for most people who have been experiencing sound problems.

@@gloriagarcia4351 Well, I'll be honest, I'm no tech guru, so I'm not sure why that is. Maybe try using a Bluetooth speaker, or Bluetooth earbuds/normal wired earphones with your computer if you've got them? Have you checked the volume on both the KZbin video as well as your computer, because KZbin has its own separate volume setting from that of the computer? If you have a smart TV with KZbin, the audio might play on there. You could try your mobile with earbuds, that might work too. I think other channels may have uploaded these episodes anyway, so the audio might work there anyway.

@@sbrg2240 Dear SAorse, I'm also not well-versed w/ regards to technical things like this laptop I'm using. Whenever problems appear, I call my nephew who knows the whys & wherefores of this gadget. If ever I encounter Bonanza episodes w/c has no sound/poor sound I discontinue the episode & find some shows w/c has good sound. Thank you for spending time explaining things to me, it's very rare that I find someone like you. If you don't mind may I know from where you are, & are you a he or a she. thank you for your valued explanation & your time, God bless you.
