Ma'am, why BH² are contributing 2 electrons to the structure? Since, there are two B-H bonds each having 2 electrons in the bonding orbital, then, every B-H unit should contribute 2 electrons and every BH² should 4 framework electrons. Isn't it?

A simplest answer is that electrons don't make bonds, but bonds are made because of overlapping between atomic orbitals (which results in forming MOs). And, best part is that not only half filled orbitals can overlap, but, full filled (paired) and Even empty orbitals can overlap if conditions of covalency is satisfied. In case of B-H-B bonds, three orbitals are overlapping. Out of which, one orbital of either Boron is empty. And two electrons (one of either Boron and one of Hydrogen) is shared between three atoms. Every atom is having a share of two electrons here. Thus, for H, condition of covalency is satisfied...

B5H9 has difference of 4 then why we took 4+0 rather than 3+1 because both the 5 and 9 are odd here. Is there any reason mam?

That's a general trick.. exceptions are always there. This is NOT a hard and fast rule. UNDERSTAND it like this:- X in STYX represent totle BH² units. Since, any BH² unit do not exist in Closo and Nido structure. So, it is always understood that we have to take X=0 for those structures unless structure belongs to arachno or higher series. Also, one can use wade's rule to find the exact structure of cluster by just observing it's chemical formula...

Good question. An answer, In short, No such structure is known yet. But, if it is asked, It must have some change on it. Only then we can up all the bonding orbitals accordingly. Also, STYX code is applicable on neutral boranes. We generally don't discuss them in charged boranes.
