Katie, you don't need to justify your parenting choices to us! I know pacifiers are controversial on KZbin, but as a parent, you make decisions every day based on your baby's needs right then. We gave our daughter a paci at just 3 days old only at sleep times with no ill effects. Then at 3 months, the pacifier was causing issues at bedtime, so we weaned her from it. Now, at 6 months, we have given it back at sleep times because it helps her. Who knows how long she will need it, but if/when we feel it is a hindrance, we will wean her from it again. It is not that hard to do, just have to hear a little crying for a few days. You are doing a great job, from what I've seen. Just hate to hear you justifying every little decision to your viewers because you don't need to do that! BTW, I rarely comment, just wanted to share this all with you. Your daughter is beautiful; thank you for sharing your journey with us all.

Pacis saved our lives. My daughter is almost two and she only has the paci now when she sleeps. Still a life saver to this day. It helps soothe her to sleep. Also, sorry about Bama losing. Im a Gamecock fan....so things could be worse for y'all haha
