Blizzard hates you having fun 😂 necros are for bone or summon builds ONLY or it was unintentional and will get nerfed. 100% sacrifice ebonpiercer build was the most fun I've had since the games release playing dozens of max roll builds.

I think they should do away with boss summoning (I hate doing varshan and grigoire) and instead have a guaranteed spawn of a random endgame boss after killing 10k monsters in a region...with a 10% chance to spawn one after every 1k monsters so it's more fun. It would give us incentive to party up to clear regions faster. After the boss spawns at 10k it could switch to a different region (not helltide). Helltide should have its own separate purposes like where we go to farm angelbreath and other stuff and perhaps it could have the highest drop rate of legendaries....whereas the endgame bosses that spawn in other regions could have the highest drop rate of uniques. What do people think of these ideas? I personally think it's really silly to be able to re-summon Duriel and Andariel dozens of times in a row. It trivializes the bosses. It should be more exciting when one of them spawns. They could re-purpose the boss dungeons for other activities like seasonal quests or PVP events or turn them into tormented dungeons where special items can drop.

Yeah the NERF on Blight is simply too brutal and illogical. Blizzard should look at that again. Even if Blizzard wants to steer players to other builds, it does not justify making an important Aspect like Blight become totally useless. It does NOT make any good sense at all.

They didn't mess up trang oul. A very long time ago there was a difference between in game items from D2 and the books. It's been Trag'oul ever since.

Blood Necros are my thing and sadly they aren't all that, except Surge for leveling. I don't like Bone Spirit or Bone Prison and that's what gets buffed. That figures. Not a Bone Spear, Sever, nor big Blight (what a mana hog) fan either. Wasn't a Corpse Tendrils fan at first but it grew on me over time. It's sad for me, aside from minons, it's Darkness or Bone skills that get all the love.

Swapped from Bone Spear to Bone Spirit in PTR with barely any gear and some glyphs unleveled, not even using the overpower or anything, no uniques - and I was hitting for like 25M crits. It's nuts.

bone prison splinters can lucky hit,the mana stacks if you recast bone prison before the buff ends,going into blood mist stops the splinters.

Guides are perpetually updated. Make sure to check the change log. But bugs need to be retested to make sure they're actually fixed. Same thing every season.

Did you ever check if the "bone prison spawns blight" aspect works with the new boots? I mean, it'll be useless for this build, and with blight being gutted it might be useless for others as well, but if it did work, it would be hella cool and would become a skill that would spawn one of the biggest areas of shadow DoT damage.

Do they make OP builds on purpose? I think there's a problem when one character can kill a world boss in 2 seconds. It ruins the experience for other players who don't even have to dodge a single attack. There should always be a sense of danger in the game but there often isn't because there's bound to be at least one OP character nearby. Even for the S tier builds it should take more than 30 seconds to defeat a world boss or the blood maiden.

I think they do. Their goal is to get people to play every season in hopes of selling a season pass. (For a little extra you can skip the first 20 boring levels) every season will offer a new meta requiring new/different equipment. So we are more likely to try a new build. D4 will continue to power creep and rebalance chars every season. It’s ok it will keep it fresh. D4 is my something new quick play game. D2 is my classic static long haul game.

i've only gotten the basic skill sword and the issue I have with it is that if you don't have some sort of resource on gear then you can get stuck nat able to attack. I found out the hard way as I play barb and ran out of town with 0 fury and unable to attack.
