Bone Spirit PIT 150 Clear | Diablo 4 Necromancer Season 5 Build

Some quick notes: At 22nd August 2024 I tried pit 150 clear and decided to change to my 6 paragon board setup. I dropped 7 board setup and used 6 board for successfully clearing pit 150. Later that day @Kingpig also confirmed that 6 boards is better. We had no prior communication about this but arrived at the same result, which is good scientifically. I give you my 150 clear planner. Hey so quick question/ suggestion. In the skill tree you have point into blood mist but you have shako so why not use that point to max serration or something and still have the blood mist on your bar?

@@grizgames6458 that’s actually a great idea. Having blood mist cd reduced by 1 rank is not that impactful. Thanks for this

@skulm question: why do you have attack speed on so many affixes? Why is that more valuable than crit strike, since it doesnt seem like youre on the crit cap? And since youre not using a resource generator, what does AS do for the build. Congrats on the clear BTW!

Thank you for the kind words AS reduced prison FPA so you can do rotation faster. This leads to casting more spirits within split second windows and mathematically it's way more DPS because you also have CDR from rapid ossification. Rapid ossification is bugged it only stores CDR up to 100 essence spent. So if you need CD's back just cast something that spends essence and it will unload all of the saved CDR from the bug. Example: I cast bone spirit at 350 essence. Rapid Ossification triggers for the initial 100 essence and somehow reserves the remaining 250 essence CDR. If I cast decrep that reserved 250 essence CDR is unleashed, so I can get back to back prisons or spirits when I need them. All of this is WAY more fluent with higher AS. I hope I could clearly explain, let me know if you need further explanation. Hope this helps!

Thanks. 6 boards is strictly better than 7 board because control glyph is useless in boss fights like 95% of the time. The additive paragon nodes are way better for boss fights which is the majority of the challenge. 2 hander setup is 100% better due to imprisoned aspect buffing up to 140% damage.

@@henriklarsen8044 thanks. Build planner linked under pinned comment. If you don’t reach resistance cap that means your intelligence stat is low. Sacrifice some damage nodes for more resistance nodes until you can reach cap. I don’t want to say anything about other guides. I have respect for people who work hard and put their time into the game.

According to my calculations you should not go below 45k hp maybe even 45.5k hp because you lose max hp + fortify which causes loss of overpower damage. Therefore try to float around 45.5k hp minimum and only then add 1-2 intelligence gems.

I see in the video, your max essence is 193… mine’s at 173. Maybe it’s just elixir? And that’s why I’m not getting the guaranteed overpower? Where do I get that extra 20 max essence?

@@vaughancopping930 you need higher intelligence. Intelligence massively helps with resistances. Until you easily cap resistances you can take away 1-2 additive damage nodes and put them into resistances. Hope this helps

I have weaker gear, but the same setup, 52k life, my hits are really nice, but I die quickly, even on pit 100 :/ what am I doing wrong mate? Should I have perma bone storm?

@@konraddamski4276 you need to make sure you reach 9230 armor cap and max resistances. Then focus on getting at least 25% + damage reduction. Only after fulfilling these steps should you start working on bone storm barriers. Hope this helps!

Try to check it when you are outside of town. Usually certain passives disable when you are in town.

@@TimkoDS AS helps with frames per animation. Your bone prison casts will complete faster which will allow you to quickly follow up with bone spirit. Having higher AS will yield more dps, considering you have enough cdr on bone prison (~4 sec) and minimum +5 ranks on rapid ossification temper.
