I do too..I miss this era..I know this song is mostly about racial profiling and struggling as a minority in a bad environment and trying to overcome those circumstances. I'm white and this song always breaks me down to my core..I tear up knowing all the good I've done but reminding me of the struggles I've been through and continue to push through for my family. Life is beautiful but hard, but if you choose to challenge it and keep pushing back, eventually there is a brighter future. I've been slowly seeing it the last few years..
