This guy knows his stuff out of FIRST HAND experience and ain’t just another cookie cutter guy that “read” this and that like everyone else. It’s guys like this that bring innovation and keep the industry progressing. No filler and holy crap at the amount of information packed into a video. I watched 43 mins and thought it was a 20 min or so video lol. I could listen to this guy all damn day. “I just wanna shoot critters”…love it man. Liked and subscribed

This was a great video, not only for the tech tips and arrow building advice but for the genuineness T-Bone brings to the process. It's so refreshing to see "a good ol boy's" approach to a this discipline. In a forum that is full of alpha type personalities all struggling to make their opinion, the only opinion, it sure is nice to get this honest approach. Nothing being force fed or pushed on you as a must have, just a good hearted opinion by a fella who's tried and true. Thank you T-Bone, I sure like your style. God bless you and get well soon, we need you. Fan from Canada

Good arrow build. When installing inserts I like to use the low heat glue. The inserts can be rotated or removed with ease. Try removing the nock when pushing in the insert so the air pressure inside does not want to push the insert out. Acetone cleaner will discolor and eat-up the plastic nocks, so make sure you remove before cleaning. I have been doing this stuff for over 40 years and still enjoy learning something new.

The one thing I do a little differently is when I use the squaring tool I like to use a silver sharpie on the end I’m squaring so that I can physically see and know for certain that it’s perfect. Every so often I’ll give it a few turns and still see a little silver on one side and it makes me thankful for that one little extra step. Also, love Ethics. Any company that will take a machine down off the line to make you a dozen specific things of one thing or another to keep you from waiting is a winner in my book. Bruce is awesome and a stand up guy.

Love that video! I'm using three vanes with same colour for exactly the same reasons. I prefer to screw in the broadhead into the insert first and align the blades with the vanes while gluing. In my opinion this result in a tad more precise arrow flight, especially with fixed blade broadheads. I like the Bohning 4" Impulse vane. I don't care if they marketing it as a recurve vane, low profile, quiet and sturdy.

Great video. One of the most enjoyable things about my love for shooting bows and arrows is building my own arrows. Emphasis on FOC is indeed important. The FOC for my arrows depending on the bow I shoot is between 10 and 15 %. Now, I have an idea you might put on KZbin. The differences in sighting and the Pros and Cons of Fixed vs Pendulum sights. I have shot a Truglo Pendulum for years and I am very confident in it up to about 35yds. I have even killed a coyote at about 60 steps just because I know my equipment and aimed a bit higher. I see you guys using fixed sights from elevated stands and reaching out a lot more than 35yds have wondered if there is a special setup for your equipment. Love watching you guys...
