Perfect conditions and feeding fish .. what more can your ask ! Ok set up for the bones on this trip was a 9ft 8wt Hardy Zane . Redington behemoth 7/8 reel with a Rio Bone fish Elite line also in 8wt . 15ft tapered leader finishing in 12lb Fluro . Fly was a size 6 spawning mantis , very light Tan , almost white which is what they favour down there .. medium yellow eyes are favourites too ..

We had guides and boats for the week . This was a quick hour before dinner on the beach in front of the Lodge . No you don't need permits to fish the shore .

Thats an 8wt Rio bonefish elite .. nice long head for good soft presentation . 15ft tapered leader ending in 12lb fluro .
