I think doctor McCoy had the best lines in the show he was so funny, my favourite has got to be in 'The Apple' when Acuter said that 'The holding and touching was forbidden' and McCoy says 'Well there goes paradise' that cracks me up every time!😆

My favorite line of Bones is from 'Spock's Brain', when they are taking Spock to the basement. Suddenly a turbolift starts moving and he says: "Call Chekov and tell him to send my stomach down!" I'll probably add those two lines for a part 2 😁
