Booth’s care and attention to Brennan’s “sad little girl” mental state is always so sweet to watch. He is so worried about her. The evidence adding up to Santa is so well done. And that apartment set piece is super detailed. Love the milk, cookies, and carrots in the fridge and the ugly sweaters in the closet! Hidey-ho Winslows!! Sorry, that’s my go-to reaction when I see Reginald VelJohnson in anything. I loved that he popped up on Bones. Especially in a Christmas episode. …If you know, you know. 😉 “I have a Puckish side that will not be denied.”- Gawd I LOVE Caroline Julian!! Also, I appreciate the Shakespeare reference. The Booth-Parker-Brennan diner scene is sad to me now. I’ve seen my nephews beg my brother to “tell Mommy I don’t want to go” way too many times over the last eight years. The mistletoe kiss has two versions. I’ve seen the US aired version and the extended version. I don’t really understand why the original scene wasn’t aired. I guess you could say the US aired version is tamer than the other version. As Brennan gets a little handsy as they both get WAY into the kiss in the extended/original version. It’s so fascinating to me how Brennan is suddenly finding clarity in conversations she has with people she normally doesn’t understand. Like the preacher in the previous Halloween episode when she asked about aborted kids growing up to be twisted people, and here with Sweets and the concept of lying to kids at Christmas/Christmas joy. Booth getting Brennan the Christmas tree is such a beautiful gesture. And his joy at his own actions is so precious.

Favourite part of watching you react to bones is been excited at what you will be shocked at, because I’ve already seen the show and just repeating over and over and over “just wait you will see it gets better or it gets worse “and your facial expressions are just iconic😂

This episode❤I mean Carolyn is absolute MVP and ultimate B&B shipper ,this episode is great and I really enjoyed it ,I noticed how Brennan didn't reply to anyone "Merry Christmas"but hey I understand her,without her family I imagine Christmas wasn't the happiest time of the year for her,plus trust issues, but what I appreciate is her brutal honesty she doesn't have a filter at all but she is learning definitely,Booth is sweetheart what he did at the end to make their Christmas perfect and he got to be with Parker,this episode is definitely in top 3 in this season for me personally. Gret reaction as always

Love a good Christmas episode and this is a great one! Caroline is obviously the MVP of this episode, and I find that end scene very emotional in the best way. You telling Bones to "quit running away" is so dead-on, I love it.
