Managing restaurants, if it was simple. Make it. Buff fingers instead of regular fingers are simple and easy. I personally would rather make it than not. Good customer service and that little extra goes a long way in customer retention. I do get your point and have had customers who would want something special made like meatballs couldn't be cook in any sauce with onions for allergy reasons but we had a LOT of other options. Sorry but wanting a mini batch of sauce made for you and calling ahead for it. That's psycho. No additional tip, not paying more for it or anything. The owner cared that much about customer service he would make it weekly for months and finally said sorry, this is an hour of work for 2 sandwiches.

Reverse bone, I need to give a dude a shout out. We need more of this. Old school way of things handled today. Driving with my GF a tractor trailer pulls across 4 lanes of traffic with an opening behind cars and almost causes an accident. The dude in front of me when I hit the horn is already arm out the window flipping off the truck. We pull up to the next light and he's next to us. Older guy maybe mid-late 60s, Philly dude. He gestures to roll down the window and we do. He says "Hey, that finger wasn't for you guys. It was that assh0le trucker. I didn't want to have yall think it was for you. Have a great holiday and be safe" We laugh and said No worries, we didn't think it was meant for us. Have a great holiday as well, be safe. We went our separate ways at the light and my GF comments, that's how things should be handled. Total gentleman and no anger on either side. We need more of that old school respect. Especially now Philly is half jokingly referred to a Mogadelphia. Everyone is armed legally or not. Too many situations go sideways quick over simple things of respect. My GF and I both carrying and 99% sure this guy was as well. We all laughed about the idiot in the truck almost wrecking a dozen cars and moved on with our day. I respect the hell out of a guy 25+ years my senior, and even more on my GF having enough respect to make sure we didn't take his finger to mean it as anything towards us. Super chill, older black dude with a leather cowboy hat on and was kind the whole time, so were we. I never had someone that calm and kind handle something that is a normal thing in the city. He was an OG and we both understood that respect. Especially being armed. We all understand calm, respectful conversation and conflict avoidance is a must. Never once did anyone say they were armed, but we all understand this city and odds of not being armed where were, nearly everyone is. To be in Philly, mins from Kensington proper and we all left with a laugh, and have a great holiday. Thats a major shout out to that guy. Mad respect. Absolutely a reverse bone to pick.

#1 reason I love ❤️ watching this comedy podcast is because they don’t bring on shitty guest that ruin the entire episode. Too many times on AYG, bad friends, golden hour, Fighter n the kid ( Bryan ruins most of that show without guest), scissors bros, the episode gets ruined by a no name or just a shitty guest. Keep guest off podcast.

Is this the only time we’ve picked a bone about the douche lords that stand up on the plane as soon as the seatbelt signs off when landing? I don’t remember talking about this before, but it is a major bone to me. I understand if you need to stand in front of your seat to stretch your legs but stay the f out of the aisle. People are so f’ing impatient and entitled. Talk to the staff if you have a tight layover to catch.
