Could not agree more. Suffered so much pain, injustice and they took away my dreams. But still I have my memories, empathy, love. And music from those years from ABBA, Boney M., George Baker Selection, Al Bano and Romina Power and quite many more I don't have the space to honor them all, keep me from forgetting who I really was and still am and no one will take this away from me. Most of the time it hurts deep down in my heart when I listen to this melodies, but at the same time I also receive something priceless. Memories that no one can take away from me and make me feel blessed that I'm a part of this generation where love and totally different values were so more important and the world and people were different and beautiful. And I'll be always grateful for that gift I received.

Wow.. what a beautiful story portrayed by an amazing group. I have loved this song since 1979, when I was 12 years old, and still get goosebumps when I listen to it.. It was a time when I was abandoned by my mother (too), and lived in a boarding school on the border of South Africa and Zimbabwe.. I was 'lost' but made it all on my own!
