Thank you first to BOBBY HEBB for writing such a soul inspired song. His brother had died the day after the assassination of JFK in 1963. So on a dark day with the sun almost all the way down, he wrote this incorruptible, perfect tune. He was in a very sad place, as was our nation. He wrote Sunny, as a song about a trying to keep a sunny disposition when dark times come upon your life. He said the song wrote itself. It could not have come at a more perfect time. Our nation needed it. If you haven’t listened to the original by Bobby HEBB, listen to it. SO much emotion. Second, thank you to Boney M. and Frank Farian and Liz Mitchell for a near perfect disco interpretation of this song. God Bless.

лично мое мнение, все известные нам группы как арабески бони м абба смокки и т. д. создавали свои до сих пор радующие наши души и уши произведения в первую очередь именно для того чтоб мы могли с удовольствием их слушать даже почти не понимая текста и восхищаться их исполнением мне почти 60 но каждый раз слушая их я просто становлюсь тем самым пацаном который первый раз услышал их полюбил и люблю до сих пор, жаль нашим в свое время не давали свободы для самовыражения. В прочем надеюсь!наши еще покажут себя так что у них там когда-то будут восхищаться так же как мы сегодня ими

So fantastic. I love when Liz's costume starts coming apart and she just smiles includes it into she show! RIP Frank Farian, 18 July 1941 - 23 January 2024. It's great that someone at ZDF in Mainz, Germany took good care of the original video tapes and that these moments were preserved. A lot of TV shows in the 1960s, 70 and 80 were lost. No one saw any value in television in those days. It was just entertainment, fleeting, momentary disctractions and the tapes were often wiped and reused. Everything about this is incredible. When Liz looks into the camera it gets almost personal.
