A barbecue of special cuts was prepared by the RS Brasa&Prosa team during an auction from the cutlery Iguaria Campeira. The event took place in the municipality of Sapiranga, in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, southern Brazil.
Under the command of award-winning grill chef Edi Dagrê, cuts of 200-day-old slaughtered pieces were prepared. The menu included Uruguayan sirloin steak (picanha), flank steak, skirt steak, pork matambrito, ribs in strips, whole ribs, alligator, and lamb, in addition to side dishes such as stuffed mushrooms, confit, pequi flour with apricots, among others. Not to mention the freshly made chimichurri sauce.
The barbecue was so exceptional that the people who tasted it did not stop exclaiming: “wow, how wonderful”, “incredible”, “awesome”, always praising the care of chef Edi.
