Well placed malefics can signify benefits to the native according to their own nature. People often become very rich as a result of war (Mars) or achieve wisdom through long periods of suffering or solitude (Saturn). Well placed malefics also often indicate benefits to the native at the expense of others.

That’s correct but you just have it opposite. the player behind is overcoming by throwing shells and the player in front is striking with a ray by turning around to leave a banana peel
