“Is that Boulder Heave.?” yes chase boulder heave is incredible it has a huge stamina drain for shield tanks, has good splash damage, and tends to bait people who think your gonna spew poison for range.

For real, my poise monster got absolutely humbled trying to trade with a glass cannon Pyro just spamming Boulder Heave, shit did at least 600 AR every hit and staggered real hard. The range can be shit at times but what you say, it has the same animation for poison mist, poison mist is a real bait Pyro in the sense that anyone wants to rush in and punish..only to be smacked by a huge rock. Giving me a build idea lol.

Bolder heave is actually a great spell. No one ever expects it and it has the same case animation as poison mist and acid surge. When people see you go to cast it, they try dodging mist or surge and by the time they realize its boulder heave, it's already hitting them.

Boulder heave, unironically, is the best spell for bosses, specifically Gael. In the first phase, every cast stuns him, and the broken boulders can hit twice.

Watching Chase just reminds me I gotta find a new lvl to invade on with my full lvl 125 build. I just know really know what good invasion lvls are. I've always had this character meant to be a mini boss of sorts. Even made a little story for him, got some help optimizing the build. Worked well as a spear of the church
