Yes. That would definitely be amazing. but the writers did not want that, because their chemistry would be great and the charisma of the actors together could match that of Elena and Damon. That's why they killed all the interesting pairs in the series so that Delana wasn't overshadowed in the end.

Yes. In the tumblr hashtag #bonkai or #bonkaifanfiction, there's always fanfiction out there. You can also find it in the archiveofourown in the search. I'm finishing a fanfic about what would have happened if they had been trapped longer in 1994. the plot and how they relate and a more sensitive look at kai's backstory and why he became a sociopath. I always wanted bonnie to know his story so she could look at kai with the same empathy she looked at Lizzie and Josie condition.

Why Julie Plec decided to despise the kai's redemption arc and make it irremediable, just in favor of other conveniences in the show. And why she never tried to give Bonnie a dignified ending. This video is a manipulation with random scenes of Chris Wood and Kat Graham on the show and a few other characters outside of The Vampire Diaries.
