My toxic trait is that when I like something I go to the extreme with it, almost getting obsessed with it by overdoing it. Example, I recently started painting and I love it. Now I have way too much paint, brushes, like 25 canvas to paint on and way to much enthusiasm, lol. It's all I want to do.

My toxic trait is wanting to help everyone around, especially by giving advice. Even if it wasn't asked for.. I mean it's all for good intentions, I want people to feel better etc, but over the years I realized it was actually a toxic trait, people sometimes just need to vent and complain and not hear advice. Now I try to control myself 🤪

I feel like I relate to Joel’s “toxic trait.” Time. If we go on vacation for let’s say 5 days, I’m so caught up on what day we’re on and how much longer we have.. I miss the moments. I’m almost 30 years old and I feel like I’ve done it since I can remember. My husband keeps me in check most of the time - thankful for that! 😅♥️

Please don’t ever change who you are. If you don’t feel like doing laundry, you don’t want to deal with your curls, you just feel like laying around……do it! It’s ok to be like the rest of us. We all have those kinds of days. I personally keep my house picked up a little each day, like you probably do also, then when Friday comes I vacuum, dust, and clean the bathrooms. Even though I don’t have a lot of stuff to do on Fridays, I still feel like I just want to relax and not do it at all. I love that you don’t try to be perfect for us, you are a regular girl just like the rest of us and that’s why I love your channel.

My toxic trait is I worry to much, like to an extreme! Example. My son is going to a new school, he’s 3. They walk across the street to the library, and I’m SO scared that’s he’s just going to run into the street and get hit by a car. Like I get sick to my stomach about it, to the point that I think I should pick him up on library days. But I won’t, because I know he would enjoy it and that wouldn’t be fair to him. He hasn’t even started yet!

Yes Bonnie have Olivia use her own nails and grow them out if she wants them to be longer because the acrylic really does mess up your nails and when they're your own nails it's way more fun. all you have to do is just get a gel manicure every time. I started growing up my nails and it's the best thing ever I can make them long make them short whatever my mood is and once you start filing them every time they start to grow faster

I can relate to Joel’s toxic trait as well. There’s even a story that my relatives like to share (I’ve never lived it down😂) that when I was a little girl in the 80’s during family pool parties/BBQ’s, beach days, camping trips etc, I was always the kid who couldn’t just enjoy herself because I was always worried about when it was ending/when it was over. I couldn’t just enjoy the moment. And I always wanted to be the last one to leave or “stay the longest.”

My toxic trait is I’m always terrified of running out of food. Growing up we lived on food stamps and food banks. Several times we had nothing in our fridge at all. Now that I’m financially stable at 33 with a child and husband im still in that mindset if I need to constantly stock up on groceries. Including perishables and I end up throwing out goods before we can actually consume them :( So really trauma response or toxic trait? Idk 😂🤷‍♀️
