I will be going back to the "STOCK" settings for Audio. Apologies for the wind noise, that's a bummer but it is what it is. 🥺 Turning Wind Reduction back on. Lesson learned. Still trying to figure out the settings for this GoPro9.

Donna You 100% have to cover the mic holes and the drainage holes with good dead cats. Then the sound it perfect!! Just a pro tip!

Hello Donna, thanks for the video. We are envious. We usually spend a lot of time in Lake Havasu , biking and hiking with our Transit van, but it is not to be , this winter. Your videos will help get us through until next year. Take care, Ben and Sue from Nova Scotia

So bummed to hear you've had to bail on your annual trip here but I'm glad I'm able to bring some measure of joy. Hopefully you guys can come back this year!! If so let me know, maybe we can get in some rides together. 😊

Good to see another video. Wife and I were down from Idaho this week. Rode Watershed Loop clockwise on Monday the 4th. Trailforks shows green for the whole loop. My wife was not convinced the west side of the loop is green! She did a bit of hike a bike but we still enjoyed the warmer weather and time riding. I should have checked your past videos!!!
@RCRGIRL3 жыл бұрын
I 💯 agree with Watershed (specifically the last half, once you turn right and get into the single track) is not a green level trail. That’s awesome you guys were here!! I think I filmed this on Monday. What did you guys think of Watershed? Any favorites parts?
@idhvew83 жыл бұрын
@@RCRGIRL Watershed loop was awesome. I like the quality of the trail building. The first half going clockwise is a bit boring but great for the exercise and warming up the legs! The second half is quite challenging in spots and just a lot of fun. I appreciate the steep chunky stuff and off camber areas but my wife, not so much! She did say later that she is glad I push her limits as this does increase her skills.

Nice to see you riding and posting! I'm now down and out for 6 months due to blood clots :-( Not looking forward to getting back in shape in summer here :-( Stay safe!

Might need to get an indoor setup to help ease back in...use some videos to at least still enjoy the scenery. I have a feeling it's going to be a HOT summer judging by the lack of rain and the type of winter we've had. Hope you get to feeling and doing better!! 🙌🏼

Do it!!! Definitely before summer, especially if you want to ride at a normal time of day. Haha.

Great video. Donna, out of all the trails that you have ridden, do you have a favorite?
@RCRGIRL3 жыл бұрын
Thanks!! When you say favorite trail I've ridden...do you mean for Havasu or overall? For Havasu: I'm not so sure I have a specific Favorite trail, I have favorite sections on different trails. I LOVE bombing down this trail, Cosmic is also fun and so are parts of Mom n Pops and the back side of Watershed has some sweet sections. As far as overall: 😅, that's tough!! My most recent favorite that comes to mind is BlowHard trail up in Cedar City, that sucker had me grinning the WHOLE time and kept me wishing it would go on forever! Always appreciate Downieville (all of it, well.....except the climbing 🤣). It's so tough to sometimes even choose one trail per state/region. There are so many good choices and within that I always think about the different "Styles" of trail. Downhill, Fast Flowy Singletrack, XC with views, Techy Downhill, Skills trails and jump lines...to name a few. If you're still reading this 🥰 hopefully I some what answered your question. Meow I throw it back to you...what's your favorite?!

Have you thought of trying another bar? The likes of OneUp carbons have been designed with a layup for vertical compliance yet stiff for steering and would likely save weight over those multi-link types you run.
@RCRGIRL3 жыл бұрын
Hey Vincent, hope all is well with you guys...loving the different scenery you guys provide on my Instagram 😍. I run a couple different setups. Regular Carbon bars from Pivot and Intense. I like the Flexx because I'm familiar with them, like the company and I'm not too concerned about weight ( I know that 🤯 for some ) haha. I'm recently wanted to give PNW's bars a try. They reached out to me for one of their droppers and I really love, plus the people behind the scenes are so incredibly nice and helpful...so maybe I'll give those ago.
@vincentgregory52203 жыл бұрын
@@RCRGIRL yeah we're good and we will try and keep pics coming as covid restrictions allow. PNW don't have much traction in the UK but we run 3 of the exact same droppers as both OneUp and BrandX use same design/factory. They are reliable and easy to home service so get my vote. Looking forward to more of your trails.

Nice! I tried riding over there once and there were tons of gunshots going on in the area so I left. I guess there's a gun range. I'll have to figure out when the hours are and go when it's quiet.
@RCRGIRL3 жыл бұрын
The range is over off to the side. When your up on this section you’re pretty far from it. There is a section right after the Beer Bottle turn, you make a left...that section makes me nervous because it sounds really CLOSE and I’d rather be safe than sorry. They have a huge dirt mountain that blocks the range but still 😬. If I’m not mistaken the hours of the range are sun up to sun down. Members have a keycard to get in.

@@datalaforge I remember the ride but there were SO MANY people haha. We split into two groups if I remember correctly. Some day I’ll get back out there and explore that trail section. I tend to gravitate towards monolith variations when I ride kingman. What’s your favorite out there?
