Yes it was bitter sweet with the bank as we were banking with them for almost 20 years.. So wasn't too pleased but the compensation was a lovely surprise.. So very nice of them to uphold my complaint months after the account was closed. Thanks Jessi 💛💛

Cause I give myself three months to complete my seasonal binder and some challenges are completed within the first month.. If that makes sense 🤣💛
