Yoshi It's because the video and the audio are not recorded into the same file. He likely uses an audio program to record his voice, and something like movie maker to record his webcam. When putting them together, if the encoding settings are incorrect and the wrong fps is set, then the video will be longer or shorter than the audio recorded.

A 72 ounce steak probably has over 550 grams of protein in it (which is a LOT). High protein diets without fiber and/or carbohydrates will constipate you terribly. That's probably why you were shitting bricks. If it was a filet mignon or a nice ribeye then I'd probably try it. It needs to be cooked right and have flavor though.
