@sanatan01. You need to reduce the speed of the second and third folding stations to close the gaps between the sheets. Slower crossfolds = better control on 8 page and 16 page signatures = more accurate folding quality! And with a wide sheet, you should be able to load the top deck of the feeder to a stream height of 10cm./4 inches = operator goes less times to load the paper! Stay safe and well.
